Home Buyer's Inspection
We will provide a detailed home inspection that adheres to interNACHI Standards of Practice by a Highly Qualified Kentucky Licensed Home Inspector, including, but not limited to: Structural Foundation, Basement/Crawspace, Electrical Panel, Outlets, Roof, Exterior, Insulation and Ventilation, Heating and Cooling Systems, Interior Plumbing Systems, Garage Doors, etc.
As a seller, know what your weaknesses are when it comes to selling your home. A pre-listing inspection gives you the ability to address these concerns and put a buyer's mind at ease.
11 Month Warranty Inspection
Most new home warranties expire after 12 months. Get an 11th month inspection to address any issues before your home warranty expires.
After the seller completes agreed upon repairs, book a re-inspection to make sure all repairs were done as agreed before closing on your new home.
New Construction Inspection
When building a home be sure the builder completed the home and it passes inspection. Always get a new home construction inspection upon completion.
